We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays due to external circumstances (weather, postal issues, etc.).

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (perishable dog treats), we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at monaco.pet@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
